1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account & Security

Your mcd888 account is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mcd888 platform are subject to the following policies and procedures:

• The withdrawal method must match or be related to the original deposit method for anti-money laundering purposes.

• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities (collusion).
• Conducting any activity that may be classified as money laundering through the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using unauthorised payment methods.
• Spreading false, deceptive, or misleading information about the mcd888 platform to the public.
• Harassing, threatening, or causing disruption to mcd888 staff or other members.
• Accessing another person's account without authorisation or attempting to obtain another person's login credentials.

Any violation of the above may result in immediate action, including instant account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances and wins, and referral to relevant authorities where necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension
